Holding a BSc in Business Management with a specialisation in International Business and Global Logistics from Brunel University London, he brings a global perspective and strategic insight to the company. Under his leadership, Highland Agro blends sustainability with innovation, empowering local farmers while building a strong international presence.

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering with an MBA in Finance from Xavier’s Institute of Management, Shri Rabindra Kumar Jena brings over two decades of corporate governance and public‑service experience. He has served as a Member of the 16th Lok Sabha, representing Balasore. His leadership spans aquaculture, seafood processing and exports, helping to establish Highland Agro Foods as a prominent player in the global agro‑food industry.
